I have worked with teens and adults since I was in college (over 15 years ago) through private practice, group practices, churches, rehabilitation centers, camps, and conferences. I have training to comfortably work with teens (from 14-18 years of age) by using talk therapy, which allows me to get to know them in a very authentic way. I have extensive experience working with adults (from 18-64 years of age) using EMDR, talk therapy, and CBT methods. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in youth ministry at a 17,000-member church in Newport Beach, CA. My values include ongoing professional development in a respectful environment that is supportive of one another.
